Black Sea Forum for Dialogue and Partnership consists in a cooperation-based infrastructure for information. The Forum will provide an organized framework for catalyzing communication and creating synergies between initiators of programs, projects and public actions (security, politics, economy, civic and social and cultural) within the region.

Specific advantages provided by such a cooperation-based infrastructure for information:

offers a place for expressing initiatives;
allows better visibility for them;
accelerate the process of building partnerships;
facilitates formation of communication channels between initiators and setting-up clusters or initiative networks;
facilitates an informal approach in identifying solutions to eliminate formal blockages during certain negotiations or talks;
speeds up the learning processes of great value and applicability in the region;
concentrates, refines and promotes good practices of regional cooperation;
opens new possibilities of identifying and raising funds and knowledge required to move on from bare initiative to application;
generates and offers a vision.

Black Sea Forum for Dialogue and Partnership offers an informal stage when actors:

are ensured direct contact with all the decision-makers or stakeholders;
have available an framework for analyzing and assessing advanced programs and projects;
are better exposed to public.

Key beneficiaries

Government and public institutions will benefit from an informal framework where projects and programs proposals are presented and debated. The Forum will allow adequate reception of any opinion or project brought forward by the rest of the interested players.

International Organizations will be able to better receive and assess the importance and impact of the regional programs and projects.

The internal and interregional business and financial environments will be able to identify new opportunities and potential risks or dissent towards their own project. The international economic environment will equally benefit from and pay a contribution to ensuring stability within the region.

Local and international NGOs will be able to state their positions, individually or jointly, related to any project impacting on their field of activity. Their own projects will be subject to public debates and brought to the attention of financers and institutional partners.

Academic and research environment (teachers, researchers, experts and students) will have available a framework facilitating contacts, exchange of ideas, setting-up new partnerships, scientific cooperation whereby the outputs of expertise, studies and researches will be easier identified, substantiated, proposed and applied, and new scientific and cultural project implemented. The academic and research environment will be thus able to respond to an increasing expertise and innovation demand by directly presenting their own projects to public and private financers.

The large public of the Black Sea states and outside them will have direct access to any topics approached and debated in the forum and will be able to bring up issues overseen or avoided by the other players. Active involvement of young people it’s one of our most important wishes, providing that their interests and aspirations are the key rationales for building-up the future of the region.

Local and international Mass-media will be able to get information on the mist advanced projects and they way there are received by qualified trustworthy players.
